About Rising Tide Fitness
At Rising Tide Fitness we strive to provide high level instruction, community and camaraderie, and functional fitness to individuals to prepare them to face everyday demands. We combine the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, and cardio. Our trainers will coach you; technique and safety being our main priorities.
